These are small groups of up to four people at once working through their individualised programs with an instructor who maintains flow and progression of each client, with a little less “hands on” time than is offered in a Duet or Private setting. These sessions are a great graduating step into Pilates sessions that require some self management and understanding.
All Pilates small and large apparatus can be utilised in these sessions, with the appropriate equipment carefully selected by the instructor each session.
Duet sessions are perfect for partners, friends or people who wish to graduate in self management from Private sessions but not ready to step into a Semi-private setting.
Each person in a duet session has an individualised program that is based on their physical needs and requirements from Pilates. The instructor will provide ongoing feedback, support and progression with only slightly less individual attention than in a Private session.
All clients begin with at least one Private session before starting in the studio, as this gives us the chance to assess your needs and strengths and for you to discuss your goals and how you would like Pilates to enhance your life. If you are new to Pilates you must commence with a “Starter Pack” which gives you three Private sessions and one Semi-private session at a reduced cost.
Private sessions offer the greatest opportunity for an instructor to guide you through programming and using hands on techniques to help you to achieve your physical goals. If you have an acute injury that requires 100% monitoring or you feel you need that individual and undivided attention then Private sessions are for you.
There are limited spaces for these sessions during peak studio times.
